Board Members
We are excited to announce that on Sunday, April 11, 2010, the 107ist elected our first Council of XI board. These board members will help shape our organization and work to make the Timbers supporter experience bigger and better, as well as contribute to initiatives in the Portland soccer community.
We were pleased to have a field of 26 candidates run for office and offer their proposals on how they would serve the 107ist members. Of the 11 candidates now elected to the board, the top 3 vote getters will serve a 3-season term, the next 4 will serve a 2-season term, and the final 4 will serve a 1-season term. This will set a rotation of vacancies which will allow us to hold elections at the end of every season to keep our board responsive to member needs.
